Syndicated loan for Banka Koper

Banka Koper raised a syndicated loan in the amount of EUR 150 million with maturity of five years. The interest rate mirrors a high credit rating that Banka Koper received in the beginning of December 2006. Through the administrative agent Sanpaolo IMI, London, and the managing group consisting of Sanpaolo, Dublin and Bayerishe Landesbank, Munich, Banka Koper applied for a loan of EUR 100 million. In the end, also due to a high credit rating, Banka Koper was offered EUR 187.5 million by a 17-member banking syndicate.
