Supervisory board
Members of the supervisory board meet several times a year to review and assess the implementation of business objectives and the operation of internal audit services as well as the management of the bank.
The Supervisory Board is composed of four members:

- Fabrizio Centrone, Deputy Chairman
- Elena Breno, Member
- dr. Borut Bratina, Member
- Roberto Civalleri, Member
